Ribbons & Topsy Turvey

This is just little pony tails starting on one side of the head and linking them across to the opposite side, really cute to add a flower or other accessory.

Use a side part then do pony tails and link them back to another row- bring the two sides together with an elastic and dress up with an accessory! Also fun to use different colors of elastics, maybe for the 4th of July you could use red, white, & blue and finish with a sparkly accessory!
