Here's another Cute Halloween Look! This one is from Rachhloves on YouTube! Even though it says Alice in Wonderland, a few adjustments here & there and this look could be used for any Halloween Costume! Do more dramatic makeup for a scary Costume, maybe a bit more backcombing, or you could add some glitter strands for some sparkle!
