Feather Hair Accessories

1) Tools You will Need: rubber band, Brad (can get at Sally's), Feathers (can get at sporting stores), & Pliers. 2) Put small strand of hair through elastic band 3) put other end of elastic band through the brad, pull it through the brad and hair will follow. 4) close to the scalp put the feathers through the brad 5) use pliers to close brad tightly over the hair and feathers. 6) Feathers can be curled and straightened like normal hair! 7) For even more fun you can have the feathers colored for a brighter effect!
